Privacy notice

Arlo Abrams Photography (KVK 98298348, Breda, Netherlands) is the controller of the data you give us here. We use your name, email, company and time slot to run the headshot booth and to send you your photo. If you tick the marketing box we also send you news and offers, and you can unsubscribe from any of those emails. If you tick the portfolio box we may show your headshot in our portfolio and on social media, and you can withdraw that at any time by emailing info@arloabrams.com. Your details are stored in our booking system and our CRM, both hosted in the EU. We keep booking records for two years and images for as long as you allow us to show them. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at info@arloabrams.com. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
